Silent Dissolution

On a certain day of 2016 few white collar guys with suits meet up in a bar discussing their pain to each other. Following their drinking and cursing program the competitors come to a agreement that if they want their pay hike and Job retained they have to act together in coherence to each other. So they have formed cartel organization that would run behind the scene. In front they are competitor to each other in back ground they have come to a un-written formula of status quo of client and market share of the world Information and Technology market. Un told prevail of peace leads to the firing of foot soldiers and those who are not dear to high rank officer or their superior. No matter how you are going to fight the battle but you cannot bring peace to  halt growth. Chaos is inherent in nature and with out disruption there is no life. Cartel won't last long because greed and distrust will leads to break the un-told status quo and it will again come back to to its original natur...

 We may not be escaping from life as it is but it internsic that we do that by nature of law. Each of our action providing some satisfaction of forget-fullness of our own mortality and sense of purpose of this life. The back to back incidence of accident of known people has thrown back the light on life itself. Else the mind was living under false assumption of comfort and satisfaction of being secure and ever lasting. One surviving with damages to leg and thigh and other couldn't resit the freedom from life. People around them suffering from the fact of  getting impacted by the suffering and pain the protagonist is going through. Now it may not be the case when one can see the situation clearly but one who is dispassionate but involved totally with the person in the center can see the ripple effect of pain and suffering and how this transmutes through unconsciousness of emotion and thinking.
